“The idea for Senvi came after I helped out at a corporate wellness expo in London,” the founder shares. “I spoke to dozens of companies that all had one thing in common: they were searching for practical solutions to support the mental and physical health of their employees.”

Already a strong advocate for stretching and mobility (and well aware of the long-term effects of neglecting them), the founder began to imagine a solution tailored not to general wellness, but to very specific workplace needs. “If you’re sitting at a desk for eight hours a day, your hips and shoulders need completely different care than someone who stands all day,” they explain. “So the idea was to tailor routines based on your working posture.”

But it didn’t stop there. “People also asked for help managing mental health,” they recall. Drawing from years of personal practice with breathing exercises, they developed a feature offering simple, daily audio routines—just one per day—to help users find calm without an overwhelming amount of choices. After nearly a year of development, Senvi officially launched on both Android and iOS, offering a stress-free way to feel fresher in less than 20 minutes a day.
