Can the trademark owner be an LLC from the US?

Yes, you can own a trademark in both the US and in most other jurisdictions with a US-registered LLC. Legal entities are valid trademark owners in all jurisdictions.

For US registration, the LLC can file directly. For international registrations, the LLC may be required to appoint a local representative in each jurisdiction where it is not based, depending on that country's requirements.
