Should I register my company first before trademark registration?

You can wait for the complete company formation, but you can also file a trademark application as an individual before your company is incorporated. Founders who want to secure pre-launch protection often file trademark applications during the setup phase of a new business.

Once the company is established, ownership of the trademark can be transferred to it through a trademark assignment. Alternatively, a license agreement between you as the individual owner and your company as the commercial user can formalize the arrangement without a full transfer of ownership.
