Can I submit a photo of my physical storefront as a trademark specimen?

A storefront photo can be an acceptable specimen for services (such as retail services, cafés, hair salons) but not for goods. A specimen for goods must show the mark in direct association with the goods available for purchase; a storefront shows the location, not the goods themselves.

For services, the storefront photo must show the trademark clearly displayed in association with the service being offered. The mark on the storefront must match the filed mark, and the photo must be a real, unaltered image.
