Can the USPTO reject my specimen?

Yes, the USPTO can reject your specimen if it doesn't fulfil all requirements. You can find them listed in this answer.

If that happens, the USPTO will issue an office action and inform you about the reasons for refusal. You can use this information to produce and submit a substitute specimen. If you are unsure if you are meeting the requirements, you can consult your specimen with a trademark attorney.
