I'm about to rebrand and I'd like figurative trademarks to cover both my old logo (which is well established) and my new logo which I will move forward with in the coming years. Is there any way to handle this in one application?

In most jurisdictions, no. A single trademark application covers one version of a mark. Multiple versions that differ only in non-substantial ways (such as a color and a black-and-white version of the same design) can sometimes be included in a series mark application in jurisdictions that permit it, such as the UK.

For two meaningfully different logos, two separate applications are required. Both can be filed simultaneously to establish the same priority date for each, and both registrations can run concurrently through the transition period. This is the standard approach when phasing from one logo to another.
