Yes, trademark law doesn’t really require you to use only the registered version. You can use different color versions of your logo in commerce, regardless of which color you registered. Also, in some jurisdictions, if you registered the black&white variant, then your logo is covered in all color combinations.

What matters for protection is whether the version you’re using is recognizable as the same mark that was registered. Color variations typically don’t change the commercial impression that much. A significant redesign that changes the overall impression of the mark may fall outside it, in which case a new application for the updated version would be advisable.
