You can only make certain changes to your application when responding to an office action. Namely, narrowing or clarifying the goods and services list (but not expanding it), correcting the owner's details, and making minor corrections to the mark that do not constitute a material alteration of its distinctive character.

Changes that materially alter the mark; reordering elements, adding or removing components that change the overall impression; are not permitted. Expanding the goods and services list is never permitted after filing. If a more substantial change is needed, a new application must be filed for the amended version.
