What if someone copies my brand on app stores?

If someone copies your brand on app stores, both Apple's App Store and Google Play have IP reporting mechanisms for registered trademark holders. In line with that, submit a report through the platform's IP complaint form, identifying your trademark registration and the specific infringing listing.

If the infringing developer does not respond to a direct approach, formal enforcement through the platform's complaint process is the next step. Persistent infringers who do not respond to platform takedowns may require a cease and desist letter or legal proceedings.
