A standard trademark watch report for register monitoring will list newly identified similar trademark applications for each monitored jurisdiction. For each entry, the report typically includes the mark name or image, the country of registration, the classes and goods/services covered, the application number, a link to the IP office register entry, and the filing or publication date.

More comprehensive reports may also include a similarity score, a classification of the type of similarity found (phonetic, visual, identical), and the applicant's details. Some providers allow you to annotate entries directly in the report to track which you have reviewed and what action was taken.
