Yes. Trademark registers are publicly accessible and contain the owner's details for every registered and pending trademark. You can search by brand name, owner name, or registration number through the IP office's official database in any jurisdiction.

The EUIPO's eSearch, the USPTO's TESS, and the UKIPO's trademark search tool all provide this information free of charge.
