If I use a representative/law firm to file my trademark application, who will be the owner once it's registered?

You (or your company) will be the owner. The representative acts on your behalf but holds no ownership rights in the trademark. The registration certificate lists you as the owner and the attorney or firm as the representative.

You are also free to change representatives at any point during or after the registration process. Using one firm to file does not obligate you to use the same firm for renewals, office action responses, or enforcement.
