I'm both manufacturing and selling clothing items. Should I register my trademark in Class 25 (clothing) and Class 35 (retail)?

Class 25 is sufficient if you are manufacturing and selling your own branded clothing. It covers the goods; clothing, footwear, and headgear; regardless of whether you sell them online, in stores, or both. A registration in Class 25 prevents third parties from using the same or a confusingly similar mark in connection with clothing.

If you’re just selling your own clothing, then Class 35 isn’t needed. It only becomes relevant when you also sell other brands' products through your platform or store. If your business is purely own-brand clothing, Class 25 alone is the appropriate registration.
