In which class do we need to register our trademark if we run a hotel?

Class 43 is the primary class for hotel businesses. It covers temporary accommodation services, hotel restaurant services, and the provision of food and drinks in a hospitality context.

If the hotel offers additional services beyond accommodation and food; such as spa or wellness services (Class 44), event and conference organization (Class 41), or travel booking services (Class 39); those classes may also be relevant depending on how prominently they feature in the branded offering.
