I have a registered LLC in US. Can I apply for trademark in France on my US LLC?

Yes. A US LLC can be the applicant and owner of a trademark registered in France or anywhere in the EU. The company does not need to be incorporated in the EU or France to hold a trademark there. The nationality or domicile of the applicant does not restrict trademark ownership.

As a non-EU applicant, your LLC will need to appoint an authorized EU/EEA-based representative to file the application and handle correspondence with the IP office on its behalf.
