If I register a trademark under my personal name, can I later change it so that my business owns it?

Yes. This is one of the most common reasons for a trademark assignment. Once your company is established, prepare an assignment transferring ownership from yourself as an individual to the company, have it signed by both parties, and record it with the relevant IP office. The registration itself continues uninterrupted; only the owner of record changes.
