Yes, a non-EU company can apply for trademark registration in the European Union.

Non-EU companies have to submit an application to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). The procedure for these companies closely mirrors that of EU-based companies, with equivalent rules and requirements in place.

The successfully registered trademark guarantees protection in each member state of the EU and is valid for ten years.
