A trademark registered with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) is valid in all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Countries that are not EU members; including the UK, Switzerland, and Norway; are not covered and require separate national trademark registrations.
